My Name is Agathe (I-got) Lerolle. 

I recruit executives internationally for the luxury and fashion industries.
And coach high potentials to deploy their full potential without burning out.

How I recruit and coach fundamentally changed after I experienced burnout and landed in a career fog. Being exhausted and without vision is difficult enough; add working in an industry expecting you always to look your best, and living in NYC, the capital of the driven and decided. It was challenging.

Getting back to a joyful and financially rewarding career was no small task.
In the process, I understood the stages of resistance that made a recovery longer than needed and learned to “go hybrid” to manage my energy best.

This is not only an individual journey and we have to acknowledge the current hyperproductive culture that keeps us seeking external validation.
Combining these realizations, my work started shifting and possibilities expanding.

It’s not a destination but a practice, like blooming.  

Today, my mission is to offer an alternative relationship with work based on joyful discipline and meaning-making so we can grow to our full potential without exhausting ourselves.

I am French & American, living between NY and Milan; born in Morocco, and raised in Malaysia; I worked in France, the US, and Latin America. All these influences have shaped how I see the world. Our uniqueness makes us rich beyond measure.

Mom to two amazing college boys, I am happiest discovering new places and art with friends, running the reservoir in central park, and floating in the mediterranean sea. I love reading about all things quantum and exploring psychedelics.
