As Global Creative director of the PUMA brand, he helped turn around the business from a sleepy sportswear brand for an older demographic to a lifestyle powerhouse, relevant again to young consumers, For this, he repositioned lifestyle, as well as running/training and soccer, across channels and media, and developed a digital and content strategy to appeal to a wide audience.
He was the artisan of PUMA’s women creative strategy, and developed the “DO YOU” campaign with Cara Delevingne. Selena Gomez and many other ambassadors, campaign whose creative director was Rihanna. Dinah’s experience could be instrumental in rolling out the growth in Europe and Direct to Consumer globally. As the CEO of Claudie Pierlot (Sandro Maje Claudie Pierlot Group), she expanded the brand in 7 international markets including 5 in Europe. While also managing 150 retail stores, 70 of which she opened in just 2 years.
As the Head of North America for Sandro and Maje (again a network of 150 owned physical stores and shop in shops and a strong e-commerce presence), she deepened her knowledge and practice of the North American market and built a strong understanding of how differently consumers behave versus Europe, as well as how difficult it is for each local management to grasp the depth of these differences.
Through her consulting practice today, she enjoys helping clients both at the strategic and very operational level to accelerate growth and set-up efficient and driven organizations and teams. This acceleration typically comes from the healthy balance between wholesale, retail and digital, all channels that she practiced across geographies
